BOOKINGS + PAYMENT
How can I book a class?
All bookings and payments can be made directly via our mobile app or via our website. Download our ‘CSS’ mobile app for Android/IOS or visit our website and click ‘Book A Class’.
Private appointments (Private Yoga, Private Pilates, Massage, Facial) can be made by calling our Wellness Concierge +65 6304 3552 between 7am to 9pm (Monday to Thursday), 7am to 7pm (Friday to Sunday) and 7am to 6pm (Public Holidays) or by emailing enquiry@comoshambhala.com.
When are classes available for booking?
Classes are open for booking 30 days in advance, subject to change by COMO Shambhala Singapore Management.
How can I pay for my class?
Upon booking a class via our mobile app or website, you will be automatically prompted to make payment on the same site.
What are the payment modes available?
For payment via our mobile app or website, most credit and debit cards can be used. For payment at our Wellness Centre, credit or debit cards, cash, PayNow, or bank transfer can be used. COMO Shambhala Pte Ltd accepts most credit cards (including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), NETS, Apple Pay and cash payments in Singapore Dollars.
All treatments, consultations, and package prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and are inclusive of GST, as COMO Shambhala Singapore is a GST-registered company.
What is the refund policy for classes, treatments and consultations?
In accordance with the CaseTrust Policy, full refunds will only be given on unutilised packages and gift vouchers within five (5) working days from the date of purchase, upon presentation of the original invoice. Refunds will exclude all discounts, complimentary treatments, and used sessions of packages, after deduction of ‘no-show’ charges imposed (if any). Refunds will not be granted for any first-time trial services or single drop-ins. Refunds will not be given for any unused classes at the time of expiry of your package.
CANCELLATIONS / NO-SHOWS
How can I cancel my group class booking?
Cancellation of bookings can be made directly on our mobile app or via our website. On mobile, launch the app, login, and click into ‘Profile’. Tap on ‘Schedule’ and select ‘Cancel’. Please refer to our full cancellation policy on our website at comoshambhala.com/policies.
Centre policies and Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time without prior notice and will be effective immediately upon update on our online platforms.
How can I cancel my private classes or appointment bookings?
For cancellation of private classes and appointments, please call our Wellness Concierge at +65 6304 3552, email enquiry@comoshambhala.com, or WhatsApp us at +65 8121 6180 during operating hours.

How far in advance must I cancel my booking before any charges apply?
For group mat and equipment classes, please cancel at least 12 hours ahead of the class. For private sessions, please cancel at least 24 hours before your session commences.
What happens if I cancel late or fail to show up?
“No-shows” and late cancellations will be charged the full price of the class or treatment. Please refer to our full cancellation policy on our website at comoshambhala.com/policies.
What happens if I am late for my class?
Latecomers will not be allowed to enter the class five (5) minutes after the class starts. Those who are late for class by more than 15 minutes will be charged the full price of the class, in accordance with our cancellation policy. If a client arrives late for an appointment, COMO Shambhala Pte Ltd has the right to reduce the time of the session accordingly or complete the treatment by the appointed time and charge the full price of the booked treatment.
Will I receive a reminder ahead of my class?
Yes, a reminder email will be sent to your registered email one (1) day before your class if you have opted in for emails. If you have not done so, and would like to receive these reminders, please reach out to our Wellness Concierge.
