About Eve Persak

Eve Persak is a registered dietitian and a specialist in Sports Dietetics, certified by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She holds ‘Certified Nutrition Support Clinician’ credentials – shared by less than 5500 doctors and healthcare practitioners worldwide. Persak’s expertise is founded on a graduate-level nutritional science education at Pepperdine University in California, USA, as well as over 15-years of hands-on experience.

Before your stay, you will meet with Persak for a comprehensive 75- to 90-minute online nutritional consultation. Persak will then design a menu for your unique needs, preferences and any food sensitivities. This menu will offer selections from our restaurants’ existing menus, modified to suit your needs or meet your goals.

After you review and confirm, your modified menu will be available for the duration of your stay at à la carte prices. If you prefer, you can also dine from our restaurants’ original menus at any time.
