The spirit of ease is at the heart of COMO Shambhala Cocoa Island, located on a pristine white-sand resort with crystal-clear waters. A deeply restorative destination, our treatment rooms overlook the lagoon and lush foliage. We have a well-equipped Pilates studio, as well as one of the only hydrotherapy pools in the Maldives, where high-pressure jets massage the body.
Our resort is instantly recognisable by overwater villas shaped like the gently curving wooden forms of the local ‘dhoni’ fishing boats. All are built with high rafters, glossy teak floors, New Zealand pine and Kajan-thatched roofs. Interiors reflect accents of sea, sand and sky, while floor-to-ceiling windows and large decks evoke openness while maintaining complete privacy. The wellness centre spreads out among the coconut palms beside the ocean.
Our COMO Shambhala wellness centre comprises a two-storey centre with four massage pavilions, including three for couples. There is a yoga pavilion on the top floor, and a fully equipped gym on the lower floor.
