Join visiting practitioner Anthony Mullally from January 12th to 21st 2025 and discover the importance of breathwork, both as a tool for improving athletic performance and as a practice for reducing anxiety.
Mullally will be offering complimentary group sessions that explore breathwork in different settings, from foundational exercises to endurance techniques that aid resilience and recovery.

Anthony Mullally
Anthony Mullally is a former international rugby player whose journey to wellness began after he took up breathwork to improve his performance in elite sport. He now works with professional athletes, Olympians, FTSE 100 executives, and everyone in-between, helping them achieve a sense of inner wellbeing and access to ‘flow state’, improving performance at work and in sport.
